Our clients Mr and Mrs K owned several homes in the UK and abroad and employed a number of domestic staff. The staff were hired via a recognised employment agency that specialised in nannies, butlers, house managers and chauffeurs. However the agency failed to check the backgrounds of the appointed staff.
After a major theft, Mr & Mrs K asked Wealth & Safety to investigate.
We established that a number of the staff were stealing significant sums. We presented the evidence and the offending staff members were dismissed.
We also discovered that Mr & Mrs K’s home overseas was being used by an employee as a base for organised crime – putting the Ks and their family at risk.
Recognising that our clients’ reputation and safety were paramount, we dealt with the matter discreetly but effectively.
At our client’s request, Wealth & Safety then undertook a thorough security review upgrading the alarms, cameras and locks at their homes. We also set up a comprehensive security vetting system for existing and potential staff, thus reducing the opportunity for significant theft or harm to their children. We undertook a comprehensive security review of their properties in the UK and overseas.
We identified that existing arrangements were open to abuse and we put together a major security package to safeguard their family, their property and business reputation. This significantly reduced the level of risk for the client.
Player A an England international footballer called in Wealth and Safety to review his security after an incident - Using our specialist NSI/NACOSS Gold alarm technicians and our master locksmiths, we strengthened his security around his property.
We installed remote controlled electronic gates, red care alarm and cameras that can be accessed by the client via secure remote transmissions. We installed our quality insurance approved safes. We also arranged for security fencing to be installed with anti climb paint and project managed the entire works, taking the stress and responsibility away from the player. Recognising Wealth and Safety skills and expertise he recommended us to his club and we are now security advisers to this Premiership football club.

Following a serious break in we were referred to an International company with three large office blocks in Central London by a well known Insurance company based in the United States.
Working to the company chairman Wealth and Safety undertook an in-depth security review. Producing a risk assessment we then project managed the installation of quality CCTV and added security to vulnerable areas. We provided security training with their existing staff. The underwriter praised Wealth and Safety for their professionalism in a job well done.

Client H, a well known city figure, had issues with their original security providers.
Upon recommendation, Wealth and Safety were called in to review existing arrangements. We identified major faults in the security system which would have put the client and family at significant risk. Wealth and Safety are now undertaking the project management of the security and several large residential premises

Wealth and Safety were tasked by a government agency to travel overseas and undertake a TSCM (Technical Surveillance Counter Measures) of property.
Our experienced millitary experts spent 2 days searching the premises which were held for high powered discussions. The report and it’s findings were sent to the agency concerned.

Following a burglary at his home, a high net individual tasked Wealth and Safety with a security review of his home.
As well as implementing basic security measures, we identified that the offence had been committed by cleaners & the threat to the the client has been eliminated. We provided the evidence to our client to enable her to dismiss the member of staff.
